We’re excited for you to meet Kowalli’s newest retailer, Quirky Baby! If you’re unfamiliar with QB, you might just want to sliiiide on over for a visit because Rachel, QB’s friendly new owner, is an absolutely wonderful resource for babywearing moms and dads.
And we’re super proud that Rachel loves her Kowalli and decided to pick it up for her customers in every single one of our available colors. Sheesh, Rachel, you make us blush!
Like Kowalli, Quirky Baby is mom-owned and operated. Rachel (pictured above with her daughter Jane) was a leader of her local babywearing group for several years, and has received training from the Babywearing Institute.
So what, you might wonder, makes QuirkyBaby so uniquely valuable for babywearing parents? Let us count just a few of the ways:
- They have a Baby Carrier quiz that you can take to help determine which kind of carrier is right for you. Back when my first child was still an infant, I took this quiz. And it resulted in my Sakura Bloom silk ring sling, which I love more or less like a second child.
- They have an informational section of their website called “Babywearing 101” which is – well, just what it sounds like. A lot of info about slings, SSCs and wraps. The icing on the cake is a detailed “Baby Sling and Baby Carrier Comparison Chart.”
